Do I have to assign all the seats at once?
No. Buy the seats now and assign them whenever suits — during onboarding, as new people start, or all at once. Your credits never expire.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, for larger orders. Get in touch and we’ll raise a GST tax invoice you can pay by bank transfer; the seats are added once payment clears.
Do my team get certificates?
Yes — everyone who passes gets a dated certificate of completion, listing what they covered. You can download them from your dashboard for your records.
Is this an accredited or nationally recognised course?
No. It’s everyday workplace fire-safety training — the training every workplace should give its staff — with a certificate of completion. It isn’t accredited training delivered by a Registered Training Organisation, and for most workplaces that’s exactly the training their people need.
